Galerie Dauphin (GD) was established in 1996 in an old conservation house along Cairnhill Road. Its main objective was and still is, to bring together works of art that are internationally recognized by artists and collectors as being of the highest quality. In addition the gallery has built a reputation as being a gallery’s gallery – many an artist has been launched by GD and taken over by ‘bigger’ players in the arts arena.

We represent major and emerging contemporary artists from Asia, Australia, Africa, the Americas and Europe. Our affiliations and constant travels to meet with artists, curators and galleries internationally allow us to exhibit and promote a wide range of works from not only established markets but remote regions where most galleries and dealers have limited access to.
In 2004, Galerie Dauphin took this objective further with a retail art space in Tanglin Mall to make its international collection of art more accessible to the public.
